[Stretch]

Has anyone ever kept silver cobbler (neoarius midgleyi). I have been making inquiries with no luck. Was hoping to pick up some juvies for my big tank. If anyone can point me in the right direction or put me in contact with someone near lake argyle I'd appreciate it. I reckon they'd make a fantastic aquarium fish

A single one makes an amazing monster fish. Estuary odd balls are best odd balls Just be careful handling them as the dorsal spine has some bite to it.

Yeah I thought they would look amazing. So no one has heard of any about? I didn't expect it t be that hard seeing as they are commercially fished with no size limit

Livefish used to sell them reasonably regularly.

 

Is there any reason you want this species in particular?

Interested in Neoarius berneyi or Neoarius graeffei as a substitute?

 

Not that I know of either being available right now bur N. Berneyi isn't that hard to find.

 

I thought I saw salmontails of some description at PM Bibra Lake the other day.
